You can request to change the flavours in your subscription box by emailing our team at orders@littlecitykombucha.co.nz.

Heading away for a holiday - can I pause my subscription?

Lucky you! You can skip your next delivery by logging into your account and clicking on ‘Manage My Subscription’. If you click into ‘Next Order’ you’ll have the option to change your next delivery date, or skip your next delivery altogether - up to you!

What if I need to change my delivery frequency?

To change your delivery frequency, log into your account, click ‘Manage My Subscription’ and head to ‘Order Frequency’ - here you’ll be able to pick a delivery frequency that works for you.
