Can I change our flavours?

You can request to change the flavours in your subscription box by emailing our team at orders@littlecitykombucha.co.nz.

Can I pause our subscription while we're OOO?

You can skip your next delivery by logging into your account and clicking on ‘Manage My Subscription’. If you click into ‘Next Order’ you’ll have the option to change your next delivery date, or skip your next delivery altogether - up to you!

Can I change our delivery frequency?

Whether you need more booch delivered to the office, or less, you can change your delivery frequency at any time by logging into your account, clicking ‘Manage My Subscription’ and heading to ‘Order Frequency’, where you’ll be able to pick a delivery frequency that works best for your team.
