Benefits of kombucha

Kombucha, like many naturally fermented foods, is high in probiotics and electrolytes, and low in sugar. It is also high in acetobacter - that's where the tang comes from. Probiotics and acetobacter are both known for improving gut health and related conditions. We don't pasteurize our kombucha or add anything to stop the naturally occurring yeast and bacteria from working their magic.  That means it's still alive and you are getting the best out of the probiotics.
